Hi, I’m Amber Jackson
I'm the Founder and CEO of Hype & Harvest. Before I built this firm, I spent over 20 years leading teams at globally recognized brands - Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, and FIJI Water, to name a few. I know firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing today's rising leaders, because I lived them.
That experience — leading inside CPG and retail organizations at scale — is the foundation of everything we do at Hype & Harvest.
The Strategic Leadership Stack™ and the operator-to-strategic-leader model are built from what I observed and coached firsthand: what real leaders struggle with at the transition point, and what development actually moves the needle. I am an ICF-certified coach and hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
